Frogabog strives to provide highly reliable hosting to our clients. Thus, we guarantee that your server will be available no less than 99.9% of the time in a month (excluding scheduled maintenance). In other words, your site may be down, at most, for 45 minutes during the course of a 31-day month.

Frogabog guarantees that your server (or the server that your website is hosted on) and services that directly affect the display of websites via the Internet (such as HTTP, Apache & MySQL) will be accessible 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month. If Frogabog fails to meet its uptime guarantee, you will be issued an account credit equivalent to one (1) day of service per forty five (45) minutes downtime. The first 45 minutes (or 0.1%) of downtime per month are not counted towards any credit and the maximum credit available is one (1) month of free service.

In order to make a claim on this Guarantee, you must send an e-mail to kori@Frogabog.com no later than the 10th calendar day of the month following the outage (e.g.. an outage in January must be documented by February 10th). This Guarantee shall not apply to downtime caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, DDoS attacks, hardware failure, your ISP or firewall, etc., nor to regularly-scheduled maintenance. Frogabog shall issue credits at its own discretion, and this shall be the sole remedy for defects or issues.
